Terms of use
Last updated 21 September 2026
These are the rules for using Tragym. They're short because most of them are common sense.
Your account
- You must be 16 or older.
- One account per person, under a name people would recognise you by. No impersonating anyone.
- You're responsible for what happens under your account. Keep your password to yourself.
- You can delete your account at any time from Settings. We can suspend or delete an account that breaks these terms.
What you post
Workouts, photos, comments and profile details you share are yours. By posting them you let Tragym show them to the people you chose (your spotters, or everyone) and store and resize them to do so. You can delete any of it at any time.
Don't post:
- Nudity, sexual content, or gore.
- Harassment, threats, hate, or anything targeting a person or group.
- Spam, scams, ads, or links to any of those.
- Other people's private information, or photos of people who didn't agree to be posted.
- Anything illegal where you are.
Anyone can report a post, comment or profile from its menu, and block a person from their profile. Reports go to a human and are acted on within 24 hours: content that breaks these rules is removed and repeat offenders lose their account. Blocking hides both of you from each other.
Location and headcounts
Headcounts are estimates built from members' phones. They're anonymous and may be wrong. Don't rely on them for anything that matters more than picking a time to train. Turning on location is optional; see the privacy policy for exactly what's collected.
Training
Tragym logs what you tell it. It doesn't give medical or training advice, and it doesn't check that a weight is safe for you. Train within your limits and with the supervision you need.
Coach's readouts and plans are written by an AI model from your log and profile, and the calories, strength levels, body-fat figure and other numbers on the Progress page are estimates from formulas, not measurements. Heart-rate and calorie figures from a watch are whatever the watch recorded. None of it is a diagnosis or a substitute for a doctor, a physiotherapist or a qualified coach who can see you. If you have a condition that affects how you should train, ask a professional before following any of it.
The service
- Tragym is provided as is. We work to keep it up and accurate, but there's no guarantee it will be, and we're not liable for losses from using it, to the extent the law allows.
- We may change or shut down features. If we shut the service down, you'll get notice and time to export your data.
- Don't abuse the service: no scraping, no automated accounts, no trying to break in.
