Delete your account

In the app (fastest)

Open Tragym, go to You → Settings → Delete my account, re-enter your password and confirm. Deletion is immediate.

By email

If you can't sign in, email it@tragym.com from the address you signed up with, with the subject "Delete my account". We'll confirm by replying, then delete within 7 days.

What gets deleted

• Your profile, username, email, password and photo
• Every workout, set, note and photo
• Your posts, comments, bumps and saves
• Spotter links, requests and blocks
• Your devices' push tokens and sessions
• Your last known location

What stays

• Anonymous headcount statistics you contributed to. They never contained your name.
• Reports you filed about other people, so the team can still act on them. Your name is removed from them.
• Copies in server backups, which are rotated within 30 days.
